At Eko Bloks, our journey began during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic when nature's resilience and ability to revive itself sparked a newfound determination within us to make a positive impact on our planet. The idea took root with a small group of women, driven by the desire to contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.
Our founder, Nadja Stankovic, was inspired to take action, and it was during this time that she crossed paths with the remarkable Sue Shaum. Sue, having heard of a similar initiative through a friend, shared Nadja's passion and vision for environmental stewardship. Together, they embarked on a journey of exploration, starting with the simple act of filling bottles and experimenting with the process of creating eco-friendly building blocks.
From those humble beginnings, the idea of Eko Bloks has blossomed into a movement that extends far beyond our initial aspirations. Today, we are proud to collaborate with homes for people with disabilities, children's homes, and various community organizations, inviting everyone to join us in making a tangible difference to our planet.
